RATES

Enrollment Fee

A $100 enrollment fee is due at original sign-up. This should be paid by check or cash well in advance to reserve a child’s spot.

Tuition Fee

Tuition is paid for regular childcare days as well as teacher-workshop days, snow days, early-release days, and school-vacation weeks.

Late-Payment Fee

A $10/day late-payment fee is charged if regular tuition is not paid on time.

Late-Pick-Up Fee

A $5.00/minute late-pick-up fee is charged for children picked up after Bambinos closes at 5:30 pm. This fee is due in cash upon arrival.

One late pick-up is granted (with a legitimate reason) without a late-pick-up fee. After the one late pick-up has been used, late charges will be assessed for tardiness. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Returned-Check Fee

A $25 fee will be charged for any check returned for non-sufficient funds. Any resulting bank charges incurred by Bambinos will also be charged.

Rate Increases

Bambinos reserves the right to review childcare rates and raise them periodically to accommodate increasing business costs, in which case we will provide two weeks’ written notice.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made in cash or by check. Make checks payable to “Bambinos.” Receipts will be written for cash payments.

Automatic Withdrawal

Enrollment, registration, annual re-enrollment, and tuition payments can be accepted through automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account. This method is strongly encouraged.

On Time

Tuition is due in advance and payable no later than Friday morning each week before your child’s attendance.

Late

A late fee will be charged for each day that tuition is not paid on time. Your child will not be accepted for care until your tuition and late fees are paid in full. Continued late payments will result in the termination of your child’s enrollment.

Returned Checks

Any check returned to Bambinos for non-sufficient funds (NSF) will result in a returned-check fee plus an assessment of any bank charges incurred by Bambinos.

REFUNDS

All fees are non-refundable. Your childcare contract reserves space for your child during certain days and times, and that time must be paid for whether or not it is used. No deductions or refunds are made for days when a child is absent for any reason.
